There is no way to talk
about Spring
without thinking of flowers and there's no way to talk
about clothes for the season without thinking about floral prints, actually
"Liberty
prints."
The floral prints best known in the world are originally manufactured by London's Liberty the most English department store in
UK. In the heart of London is a
obligatory stop for all visitors.
Since 1857 Liberty is
synonimous of great and luxurious designs.
The graphic, florals and peacock feathers prints are present in clothing,
accessories and furniture worldwide.
The "Liberty
prints" are icons,
references in fashion,
especially used in children's clothing.
Famous French brands, as well as
the English use the prints full of romance and style to keep the traditional and unique
looks in
its collections.
Working at Bonpoint,
the French designer children's fashion for so many years, I am very
used to seeing these prints turned into lovely and admirable models. I'm really fan of the
brand,
however, I must confess that I visited Liberty store
for the first time last week.
I just loved it!
The fabric department is wonderful! L
ooking at all those prints I could recognise many of them and remember many models of past collections,
all flowery dresses and blouses that has been part of my life history for the last 8 years.
